FAQs

Frequently asked questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

What should I expect at my first visit?

For your first visit, please plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to complete a liability waiver and intake form.

This allows us to gather important details about your medical history, any past or current injuries, and your overall goals.

We’ll discuss how your body feels and moves and then conduct a general mobility assessment to measure range of motion and identify any areas of restriction or imbalance that need attention.

Depending on the session length you’ve booked, your first appointment will last between 30 minutes to an hour. After the assessment, we’ll perform the guided stretch session tailored to your needs, focusing on creating a foundation for long-term progress.

Are you accepting new clients/patients?

Yes! We’re happy to welcome new clients and will do our best to schedule your first session as soon as possible.

All new clients begin with focused, personalized care designed to address their immediate needs and goals. Over time, we’ll work toward a maintenance and wellness approach to keep you feeling your best.

Referrals are one of the greatest compliments we can receive. If you or someone you know could benefit from our services, we’d be honored if you shared our information with them. Thank you for helping us make a positive impact!

Does insurance cover stretch therapy, or is it self-pay?

Currently, insurance does not cover our services, so all sessions are self-pay.

However, I’ve worked hard to keep my pricing accessible and affordable to ensure that more people can benefit from stretch therapy.

We also accept HSA cards as payment, making it easier to prioritize your wellness using pre-tax dollars—it works just like a debit card!

What is assisted stretching, and how can it benefit me?

Assisted stretching involves a practitioner guiding your body through a series of stretches to target specific muscle groups. This technique helps improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall mobility, making it perfect for those who want to recover, reduce pain, or improve athletic performance.

How often should I come in for a session?

Most clients prefer to come in for a session once a week. However, the frequency can vary depending on your goals, schedule, and the type of service you're seeking. We can discuss a customized plan during your first session.

What kind of training and certifications does the practitioner have?

A Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with additional training in Physical Therapy. Certification in Stretch Therapy, Specialist in Strength & Conditioning, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutritionist.

Hundreds of hours of clinical and field based hands on practice and research.

Do I need to be flexible to do assisted stretching or mobility training?

Nope, we meet you where you are. Our sessions are designed to enhance flexibility, range of motion, and mobility no matter your current flexibility or fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, the focus is on helping you improve progressively.

What should I wear for a session?

Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and grippy socks to your appointment. If you’re unsure about anything or have specific questions before your visit, don’t hesitate to reach out!
